ITINERARY :

These are the activities we suggest you during this excursion:

Visit of Los Jazmines viewpoint, the most famous panoramic view of Viñales Valley.
Walking tour around Viñales Valley, during two hours we will learn firsthand about the tobacco producer’s life, their traditions, their habits and their methods to work in the tobacco plantation. We will also discover about the tobacco crops, the drying process and the way they make the cigars. The agriculture method has not seen any significant changes for the last 200 years. Beside that we will have the opportunity to learn much more about the flora and fauna of this region mainly the endemic one.
Visit to the tobacco surling house, an important stage of the tobacco process. It is the place where the tobacco is selected, fermented, dried and the leaves are packed.
Visit to the Museum Adela Azcuy, located in the main street in Viñales.
Horseback tour during an hour around Penitencia Valley.
Visit to The Mural of Prehistory, one of the largest open-air frescoes on the planet and the place where we can enjoy the best piña colada in Viñales.
